- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The medical staff are friendly, efficient and professional... once you reach them. However, try to reach them and you're facing frustration and outrageously long waiting times on hold. I've now been waiting more than 10 minutes just to be able to talk to someone and they don't give you the option to leave a voice mail. This is just to make an appointment for a VACCINATION.
